Ice, ice, baby! Get ready for Zinogre with these COOL quests!

Monster sightings are on the rise! Reports of Barioth coming back to Hunt-a-thon Points and increased Legiana activity in swamp habitats signal a change is in the air. We’re also seeing increased activity from Zinogre, a thunderous brute who is a force to be reckoned with. But don’t worry, it’s got one chill weakness…ice!

To make sure you and your hunting party don’t run out of ice (talk about a party foul), now is the time to take on quests designed to earn materials to upgrade your ice-element weapons. And not a moment too soon as Zinogre sightings are likely to increase outside of Hunt-a-thon points at the end of the month. Plus of course we’ve got quest rewards including Barioth and Legiana materials, as well as a Wyvern Gem Shard for those who make it to the end.

Make the most of this opportunity to upgrade your ice-element weapons and prepare for a flurry of Zinogre hunts!

From Monday, May 13th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, May 19th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

Event Details:

You’ll get a total of 13 limited-time quests that include slaying large monsters like Barioth and Legiana. Completing these will earn you gatherable materials as well as monster materials like Wyvern Gem Shards.

Quest rewards:

• Gatherable materials (Monster Bone+ and more)
• Monster materials (Wyvern Gem Shard and more)
• Zenny
• Season Tier Points

Throughout the event, slaying Barioth or Legiana will net you 50%* more materials than usual.
*You will receive two of each material in the first and second slots of basic rewards.

In addition, Legiana will appear more frequently in swamp habitats and Barioth will appear at Hunt-a-thon Points.
