We’ve detected signs that several monsters are becoming more active: Ebony Odogaron, Bazelgeuse, Magnamalo, Mizutsune, Chatacabra, and Banbaro are on the move!

What’s more, reports say there’s a chance to earn items you can exchange for Zenny by slaying monsters and taking part in Hunt-a-thons. It’s the perfect time to stock up on Zenny for forging and upgrading your gear!

There will also be limited-time quests that task you with slaying monsters like Ebony Odogaron and Bazelgeuse. Complete these to earn gatherable materials, monster materials, and even rewards like a Bazelgeuse Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and Dazzling Eggs if you make it to the end.
Plus, the in-game shop will offer a Premium Quest that you can unlock using Gems.

Event Details

Hunt Monsters and Collect Shining Eggs & More!

• During the event, you’ll have a chance to earn Shining Eggs, Gleaming Eggs, and Dazzling Eggs as rewards for slaying certain monsters or for Hunt-a-thons.
• These Eggs can be exchanged for Zenny from your Item Box. For details on how to exchange them, check out the FAQ.
  *You can still exchange Eggs for Zenny even after the event ends.

Monster appearances:

• The following monsters will appear more frequently in the specified habitats.
  Ebony Odogaron: forest / desert / swamp / tundra habitats
  Bazelgeuse: forest / desert / swamp / tundra habitats
  Magnamalo: desert / tundra habitats
  Mizutsune: forest / tundra habitats
  Chatacabra: desert habitats
  Banbaro: forest / swamp / tundra habitats
  *Magnamalo will also appear in regular numbers in forest and swamp habitats.
  *Mizutsune will also appear in low numbers in swamp habitats.
  *Bazelgeuse will also appear more frequently in volatile territories.
  *Volatile territories themselves will not occur more frequently.
• You’ll have a chance to earn Shining Eggs and Gleaming Eggs as rewards for slaying the above monsters.
• During the event, Bazelgeuse will be the only monster to invade in volatile territories.

Hunt-a-thons:

• There will be some event-exclusive Hunt-a-thon points featuring Ebony Odogaron, Bazelgeuse, Magnamalo, Mizutsune, and Banbaro.
• During the event, you’ll have a chance to earn Shining Eggs and Dazzling Eggs as rewards for Hunt-a-thons.

Basic reward increases:

• During the event, receive 50%(*) more materials than usual for slaying Ebony Odogaron, Bazelgeuse, Magnamalo, Mizutsune, Chatacabra, and Banbaro.
• Receive more rewards(*) for hunts carried out at Hunt-a-thon points.
  *You will receive two of each material in the first and second slots of basic rewards.
• Basic rewards for Elder Dragon Interceptions will stay the same.

Limited-time quests:

Take on limited-time quests that include slaying Ebony Odogaron and Bazelgeuse.

Main rewards lineup:

• Dazzling Eggs
• Gatherable materials including Earth Crystals
• Monster materials including a Bazelgeuse Plate, Mizutsune Plate, and Wyvern Gem Shard

About Premium Quests

Premium Quests are quests that can be unlocked by exchanging gems in the in-game shop. Complete these quests to earn valuable rewards!
*One type of Premium Quest will be available: Premium Quest: Bazelgeuse Materials.

*To forge equipment using materials obtained from Premium Quests, you must first slay the corresponding monster or unlock it on the field.
