Previously, the strength (★ level) of field monsters increased as you progressed through story quests. Going forward, you’ll be able to cause stronger monsters to appear by completing new Step-Up Quests.

From the Monster Hunter Now Development Team

Thank you for always playing Monster Hunter Now! Thanks to your support, Monster Hunter Now will celebrate its 3rd anniversary this September. We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the hunters who have joined us on this journey.

Throughout the game’s third year, we’ve focused on creating new goals beyond the daily hunt, giving hunters fresh challenges to pursue while continuing to upgrade their equipment. With exploration bases, it’s become easier to feel connected to fellow hunters in your area. Base Defense introduced a new gameplay cycle centered around upgrading your equipment to take on even more formidable riftcharged monsters. And with Friend Link, hunting together with friends from afar has become possible, bringing hunters even closer together.

On the hunting front, the addition of the insect glaive completed the roster of all 14 weapon types. With styles now available for every weapon type, hunters can enjoy new ways to play and even more options with their favorite weapons.

This year also marks an important milestone for us, as we’re bringing back both our live event and global event for the first time in two years. As we enter our fourth year, we’ll continue expanding the joy of hunting in everyday life, as well as the excitement of preparing your equipment and taking on challenges with fellow hunters. We’re committed to delivering new experiences while making the game even more enjoyable to play.

Thank you for your continued support of Monster Hunter Now.
