Season 11 Wave 1 introduces Brachydios and Aurora Somnacanth to Monster Hunter Now for the very first time! To coincide with Brachydios’s arrival, a fifth habitat, the new volcano habitat, will be added. Riftborne subspecies monsters are finally here as Riftborne Azure Rathalos makes its debut! By raising a riftborne subspecies weapon’s style customization level to 10, you’ll unlock an additional equipment skill for that weapon, giving you even more flexibility when building your loadouts. Riftborne Aknosom also joins the hunt! In addition, Step-Up Quests, which cause stronger monsters to appear on the field, and a new feature that does the opposite will be added, allowing you to tailor the difficulty of your hunts to match your equipment progression. Season 11 Wave 2 and beyond will bring even more fun, including Riftborne Black Diablos and exciting autumn events! Whether you’re a returning hunter, just starting your journey, or a seasoned veteran, we’ve prepared plenty of gifts and updates so everyone can jump in and enjoy the festivities from day one. Enjoy a permanent Wander Orb effect throughout Season 11 Wave 1, with a 50% expanded access range! For the entire duration of Season 11 Wave 1, your access range will be increased 50%! We’ll also be running a discount campaign for the Search for this Species Again feature during the same period. - Reduced from 100 gems to 30 gems. To celebrate, we’re kicking off the Season 10 Climax event. During this event, monsters introduced in Season 10 will once again appear more frequently, and you’ll earn more rewards for slaying them! Be sure to hunt plenty of Shogun Ceanataur, Mizutsune, and Paolumu to collect the materials needed to forge and upgrade the featured weapons that excel against Riftcharged Glavenus. This event also features Challenge Quests, available only on Saturday, September 12th, and Sunday, September 13th. Complete them to earn Rarity 6 materials, including Mizutsune Plates, as well as Armor Refining Parts. In addition, throughout the event, all field monsters of 2★ or higher will be guaranteed to drop Shining Eggs and more as slay rewards, instead of only certain featured monsters having a chance to do so. What’s more, 10★ field monsters and 10★ monsters in Hunt-a-thons are guaranteed to reward either a Gleaming Egg or a Dazzling Egg. Take on these formidable monsters and earn plenty of zenny! Mysterious Driftstones introduced in Season 10 are also making a return! Use driftsmelting to add skills such as Stunning Impact, Pursuit, and Retaliation to your equipment. Finally, Season 10 Wave 3 Base Defense will run from September 7th to September 15th. Upgrade your equipment, take on Riftcharged Glavenus, and finish Season 10 in style!
