As spring arrives in full bloom, the MH Now Spring Festival 2026 is coming to Monster Hunter Now!

The MH Now Spring Festival 2026 features more activity from elder dragons and an event-exclusive weapon! For two full weeks, you’ll be able to challenge elder dragons while enjoying upgrading your event-exclusive equipment.

At Hunt-a-thon / Elder Dragon Interception points, only Elder Dragon Interceptions will occur. Make use of Friend Link and take on Namielle, whose materials can be used to forge featured defense weapons!

The field will also be packed with monsters, including riftborne monsters, giving you a great opportunity to progress your weapon style customization! In addition, your access range will be expanded by 50% throughout the event, making it easier to join field hunts and Elder Dragon Interceptions.

Don’t miss the event-exclusive weapon, the Rose Assault light bowgun! This weapon can be style customized, and is also one of the featured defense weapons for Season 9 Wave 2. During the event, you’ll also be able to collect materials needed to forge, upgrade, and style customize it, so enjoy the event while upgrading in preparation for Riftcharged Great Girros!

This weapon can also be style customized, and it’s a featured defense weapon, meaning it will grant bonuses in Base Defense.

① Challenge elder dragons and large monsters!

During the event, your access range will be expanded by 50%, making it easier to participate in Elder Dragon Interceptions and hunt field monsters. Rewards from Elder Dragon Interceptions and from slaying all large monsters on the field will also be increased.
Take this opportunity to make major progress on forging and upgrading your equipment!

② Forge the event-exclusive light bowgun

Completing the event quest Spring Festival 2026 I rewards you with a Spring Festival 2026 Weapon Forging Ticket. Use this ticket to forge the Spring Festival-exclusive light bowgun, Rose Assault!

Rose Assault Features and Upgrades

Features
Rose Assault is a non-elemental light bowgun that comes with the skill Critical Ferocity unlocked from the moment it is forged. Critical Ferocity grants a chance of increasing negative affinity damage! What’s more, the Rose Assault itself also has negative affinity, giving you more opportunities to activate this skill.
Since Critical Ferocity is built into the weapon from the start, Rose Assault can deal strong damage even on its own. It’s an easy-to-use weapon that also serves as a great introduction to Critical Ferocity equipment for hunters who don’t yet have the necessary armor.

If you want to aim for even higher damage, check the recommended loadouts in-game and try adding armor with Critical Ferocity to increase the skill’s level.
And once you progress its style customization, the Rose Assault can truly come into its own!

Upgrades
During the event, slaying any large monster will reward you with Spring Festival 2026 Upgrade Tickets, which are required for leveling up and overgrading the Rose Assault. Aim for Grade 10 and hunt as much as you can!

You can also obtain Spring Festival 2026 Style Customization Materials and Spring Festival 2026 Style Unlock Materials by slaying 8★ or higher large monsters and from Elder Dragon Interception rewards.
Other locations where you can obtain materials needed for forging, upgrading, and style customization are listed below. Enjoy the event while continuing to strengthen your Rose Assault!

• After the event ends, Spring Festival 2026 Upgrade Tickets, Spring Festival 2026 Style Customization Materials, and Spring Festival 2026 Style Unlock Materials will no longer be required, but the number and types of materials needed will increase.

③ Collect a variety of items at the Event Exchange Hub

Spring Festival 2026 Exchange Hub

Collect exchangeable Spring Festival 2026 Exchange Tokens from large monster hunt rewards, elder dragon slay or repel rewards, and certain quest rewards. At the Event Exchange Hub, you can trade these for items such as exclusive layered equipment and an exclusive Guild Card background.

By completing the Spring Festival 2026 I quest, available during this event, you’ll raise your Event Tier and receive rewards based on your Tier level. The Spring Festival 2026 Pass includes a Free Plan and a paid Premium Plan. Purchasing the Premium Plan lets you earn even more rewards.

Rewards include Spring Festival 2026 Style Customization Materials and Spring Festival 2026 Style Unlock Materials, both of which are needed to style customize the event-exclusive weapon. Premium Plan holders will also have a chance to obtain Spring Festival-exclusive stickers.

Elder Dragon Interceptions Available 24 Hours
