Prepare for Bazelgeuse: Thunder Element Quests!

Hunters,

Signs of heightened activity have been observed, with Rajang, Zinogre, Khezu, Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, and Tobi-Kadachi on the move. To help you prepare to take on Bazelgeuse, who is weak to thunder-element weapons, we’ve prepared special quests to hunt these monsters! Completing these quests will reward you with materials, including a Gold Rajang Pelt and Zinogre Plate if you make it to the end.

Bazelgeuse has already been spotted, so take this opportunity to upgrade your equipment and prepare to face it!

Dates and Times:

• Event Dates
  From Monday, February 10th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, February 16th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (local time)

Event Details:

Monster appearances:

• During the event, these monsters will appear more frequently in the following habitats.

• Rajang: desert / tundra habitats

• Zinogre: forest / swamp habitats

• Khezu: swamp / tundra habitats

• Tzitzi-Ya-Ku: desert / swamp habitats

• Tobi-Kadachi: forest / swamp habitats
  *Rajang will also appear in low numbers in forest and swamp habitats.
  *Zinogre will also appear in low numbers in tundra habitats.

• More monsters will appear across the field.

Hunt-a-thon points:

• There will be some event-exclusive Hunt-a-thon points that feature Rajang, Zinogre, Khezu, Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, and Tobi-Kadachi.
• There will be some event-exclusive Hunt-a-thon points that feature only Rajang and Zinogre.

Reward increases:

• During the event, receive 50%(*) more materials than usual for slaying Rajang, Zinogre, Khezu, Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, and Tobi-Kadachi.
  *You will receive two of each material in the first and second slots of basic rewards.

Limited-time quests:

• Take on limited-time quests that include slaying Rajang and Zinogre.

Main rewards lineup:

• Gatherable materials including Earth Crystals
• Monster materials including a Gold Rajang Pelt and Zinogre Plate
