Get ready for... Even Happier Hunting!

Starting next week, we’re expecting increased activity of Pink Rathian in swamp habitats and Azure Rathalos in forest habitats!

We’ve also got lots planned for group hunts to help you really bond with your fellow hunters! Some limited-time quests during this event will ask you to band together to take down monsters and you can expect more rewards from group hunts and Hunt-a-thons.

From this event onwards, you’ll now have a chance to earn special tickets from group hunts which let you forge and upgrade the Alloy Set armor. The Alloy Set has some great skills, whether you’re a rookie or a seasoned hunter, so make sure you take part in as many group hunts as you can and get some for yourself!

It’s all coming up so get ready to join forces with other hunters to take on Pink Rathian and Azure Rathalos!

From Monday, June 24th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, July 7th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Event Details:

Look forward to a total of 12 limited-time quests which will task you with taking down large monsters in group hunts and more. Complete these quests to gain materials and make it to the end to earn yourself a Wyvern Gem Shard and an Alloy Armor Ticket which allows you to forge the Alloy Set.

• Monster materials including a Wyvern Gem Shard
• Gatherable materials including Carpenterbugs and Earth Crystals
• Zenny
• Season Tier Points

What to expect during this event:

• Increased appearances of Pink Rathian in swamp habitats and Azure Rathalos in forest habitats.
• More monsters across the field.
• One extra slot in group hunt rewards.
• A chance to receive an Alloy Armor Ticket as well as monster materials in the second slot of group hunt rewards.
  *After this event ends, there will now be a chance of receiving a second slot in group hunt rewards which may reward an Alloy Armor Ticket.
• More rewards* for hunts carried out at Hunt-a-thon points.
  *You will receive two of each material in the first and second slots of basic rewards.

Alloy Set skills

The Alloy Set comes with the following skills, which will be attainable by upgrading your armor.

Skills by part*:

• Head: Earplugs Lv3
• Chest: Tremor Resistance Lv2
• Arms: Health Boost Lv3
• Waist: Defense Boost Lv3
• Legs: Lock On Lv1, Windproof Lv1
  *These are the skills you would have at grade 8.

Additional Information:

*During the event, Pink Rathian and Azure Rathalos will appear more frequently for all hunters who have completed the prologue.
*Rewards that will increase: group hunt rewards for group hunts and basic rewards for hunts carried out at Hunt-a-thon points. Please note that basic rewards for Elder Dragon Interceptions will not increase.
*Alloy Armor Tickets will still be available after this event ends as part of group rewards, however, it is not a guaranteed reward.
*Event quests will automatically become available in the Special Quests tab to all hunters who have completed the prologue.
*Quests will be available from Monday, June 24th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, July 7th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (local time). Be sure to complete the quests and receive your rewards between these times.
