January event lineup in Monster Hunter Now

We hope your year is off to a great start. Continuing on from A Happy Hunting New Year, this month we’ve got another amazing lineup of events for you, including the first appearance of Azure Rathalos!

Qualily’s Special Quests

Date and Time (local time)

・From Friday, January 12, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. until Thursday, January 18, 2024, at midnight.

All hunters HR 11 or above will have the chance to complete time-limited event quests to obtain items that can be used to upgrade your equipment, such as Dragonite Ore and Carpenterbugs, as well as items like Monster Bone+ and Zenny.

Descent of the Azure King

Date and Time (local time)

・From Monday, January 15, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, January 21, 2024, at midnight.

Get ready to welcome Azure Rathalos in its very first appearance! We’ll also have time-limited Special Quests rewarding a hunter medal and appearance rates of Rathalos and Azure Rathalos will be boosted over the weekend.

・As long as you have completed Chapter 13 and unlocked Rathalos hunts, Azure Rathalos will appear in low numbers in forest habitats throughout the event.

・During the following times over the weekend, Rathalos and Azure Rathalos will appear more frequently in forest habitats for all hunters HR 11 and above.

・From Friday, January 19, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, January 21, 2024, at midnight.

Banbaro & Radobaan Week

Date and Time (local time)

・From Monday, January 22, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, January 28, 2024, at midnight.

During the event, all hunters HR 11 and above will be able to encounter Banbaro in swamp habitats and Radobaan in desert habitats more frequently than usual.
