Pre-registration Promotion Terms and Conditions

During the promotion period, eligible users may enter this promotion (“Promotion”) and pre-register to download and install Monster Hunter Now (“Game”) on their mobile device. Pre-registered Users will be eligible to receive certain in-game rewards available for use upon worldwide launch of the Game on the app store. Users will be notified when the Game is released.

Available rewards will vary subject to the achievement of pre-registration milestones, which will be determined based on the total aggregate number of the Game’s pre-registrations existing as of the date of worldwide launch.

You should read these terms carefully before pre-registering the Game. By pre-registering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Niantic Terms of Service and Niantic Privacy Policy.

1. Promotion Terms

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE PROMOTIONS. The Promotion period begins on July 27, 2023 and will expire on or around the worldwide launch of the Game.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, NIANTIC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE PROMOTION PERIOD, REWARDS, PRE-REGISTRATION MILESTONES, REWARDS DELIVERY DATES, GAME DISTRIBUTION DATES, LAUNCH DATE, AND REDEMPTION METHODS IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

2. Rewards

Pre-registration rewards can only be claimed once, and are limited to one per Game account. Rewards do not change a user’s performance in the game, have no cash redemption value, are non-transferable, and cannot be traded, sold or exchanged in any manner.

List of Pre-Registration Milestones and Rewards:

1. (a) 500,000 pre-registrations – Potion x10/Paintball x3
2. (b) 1,000,000 pre-registrations – Founder Medal/Wander Pebble
3. (c) 2,000,000 pre-registrations – Face Paint/Storage Expansion
4. (d) 3,000,000 pre-registrations – Face Paint/x2 Reward Ticket
5. (e) 5,000,000 pre-registrations – 10k Zenny/Storage Expansion

All rewards are subject to change, at Niantic’s sole discretion. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY REWARD IS EXPRESSLY SUBJECT TO AND CONDITIONED UPON THE WORLDWIDE LAUNCH AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE GAME ON THE APP STORE.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your territory) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. You cannot claim pre-registration rewards if any of the following is true: 1) Your account is found in violation of platform terms of service/rules; 2) Your account is suspended for any reason; 3) The Game is not supported by your device or is not otherwise available to install in your territory.
