Roars of the Desert: Diablos

We’re seeing an increase in Diablos activity in desert habitats, and signs indicate that there will be changes in the ecosystem over the weekend. And that’s not all—We’re even getting a few reported sightings of its black-bodied counterpart, Black Diablos!

With this event, look forward to exclusive Packs with Special Carving Knives to aid in your hunts.
What’s more, you’ll have the chance to add a Hunter Medal to your collection by completing weekend-exclusive Event Quests!

Get ready to head out to desert habitats this weekend to investigate the unusual activity and hunt the fearsome Diablos and Black Diablos!

Dates and Times (local time):

Black Diablos will appear:
・From Monday, November 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.

Diablos and Black Diablos appearance rates will be boosted on:
・Friday, November 24, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
・Saturday, November 25, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
・Sunday, November 26, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Time-limited Event Quests will be available:
・From Friday, November 24, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.

Event Details:

・Black Diablos will appear in low numbers in desert habitats from Monday, November 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
・While appearance rates are boosted, Diablos and Black Diablos will appear more frequently in desert habitats. In addition, monsters in all habitats will reappear in shorter intervals than usual.
・From Friday, November 24, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., time-limited Event Quests will be added. Complete these quests to receive the Roars of the Desert Medal.

◆ Exclusive Packs for sale! (From November 20, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. until November 26, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. UTC)

Two time-limited Packs will be available from the in-game shop and Web Store. This is your chance to get Special Carving Knives which grant you double the rewards from a hunt!

Additional Information:

・With the exception of the appearance rate boost period, Black Diablos will only appear if you have unlocked Diablos hunts (by completing Chapter 11).
・While appearance rates are boosted, Diablos and Black Diablos will appear in desert habitats for all hunters HR 11 and above, more frequently than usual.
・Event Quests will automatically become available to all hunters HR 11 and above in the Special Quests tab in-game.
・Make sure to update your app to the latest version to be able to see your new Hunter Medal.
・Slaying monsters as part of a group hunt is also eligible for clearing the quests.
・Quests will be available from Friday, November 24, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. (local time). Be sure to complete the quests and receive your rewards between these times.
