Hunters,
Tigrex and Magnamalo are on the move, showing signs of increased activity. And with Dimensional Rifts causing an uptick in dimensionally linked monsters, it’s the perfect chance to team up with other hunters and hunt together!
We’ve lined up some exciting limited-time quests for you, including those requiring group hunts. What’s more, group hunt and Hunt-a-thon rewards will be boosted during the event!
Team up with hunters across the globe and take down monsters together!
Dates and Times:
From Monday, January 6th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, January 12th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (local time)
Event Details:
Monster appearances:
- During the event, these monsters will appear more frequently in the following habitats.
Tigrex: forest / desert / tundra habitats
Magnamalo: forest / desert / swamp / tundra habitats - During the event, monsters influenced by Dimensional Links will appear more frequently.
- More monsters will appear across the field.
Hunt-a-thon points:
- There will be some event-exclusive Hunt-a-thon points that feature only the monsters listed above.
Reward increases:
- Enjoy more rewards for hunts at Hunt-a-thon points.
*You will receive two of each material in the first and second slots of basic rewards.
*There will be no increase in basic rewards for Elder Dragon Interceptions. - In group hunt rewards, there will be a guaranteed second slot rewarding monster materials.
- In group hunt rewards, there will be a chance of a third slot rewarding Alloy Armor Tickets. The probability of a third slot being added is the same as the probability of a second slot being added outside the event period.
Limited-time quests:
Take on limited-time quests that include slaying monsters in group hunts.
Main rewards lineup:
- Alloy Armor Tickets
- Gatherable materials including Earth Crystals
- Monster materials including a Tigrex Plate and Magnamalo Plate

*During the event period, all hunters who have completed the prologue can enjoy the event content.
*Event quests will automatically become available in the Special Quests tab to all hunters who have completed the prologue.
*Quests will be available from Monday, January 6th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, January 12th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (local time). Be sure to complete the quests and receive your rewards between these times.
