Different regions celebrate the Lunar New Year in different ways, and we’re going to have some decorations and events of our own to celebrate it right here in Monster Hunter Now. You can look forward to hunting Pink Rathian in the field and at Hunt-a-thon Points, as well as gathering Fortune Lanterns for time-limited event quests. Don’t forget to grab event-exclusive equipment, including a new dragon-element hammer and dual blades, and head armor with Critical Boost! Hunters, We’re seeing an increase in the two-horned Banbaro in swamp habitats and the bone-clad Radobaan in desert habitats! It looks like we can expect more of them in the coming days. Though both are comparatively gentle among the brute wyverns, either one can be deadly when it comes to a fight. Prepare yourself well before heading out to investigate these beasts.

Hunters, Qualily is continuing her investigation into the anomalies and she needs your help once again! She’s got more investigation requests for you—10 of them in total. Can she count on you to help slay monsters and investigate gathering points? Rewards will once again include Carpenterbugs, Earth Crystals, and other materials such as Dragonite Ore. Ready your equipment and prepare to investigate!

Hunters, Unusual amounts of Rathalos have been spotted flying around, which seems to indicate an increase in their numbers in the near future. And that’s not all—we’ve even got reports of what looks to be the blue-colored subspecies of Rathalos! Azure Rathalos boasts far greater mobility than a normal Rathalos, relying on fierce aerial attacks to catch its prey unawares. You can also look forward to event-exclusive Packs with Special Carving Knives, as well as the chance to add a Hunter Medal to your collection by completing Event Quests. Get ready to head out and join the hunt!
