A monster characterized by its hard, ore-like outer shell. It has a tendency to hide underground and mimic rock formations. Its sturdy outer carapace grants it the ability to perform devastating thrusts and blows. On occasion, it may also emit a noxious gas.

Useful Information

Due to its hard exterior, it will be difficult to inflict damage on this monster. As such, it would be more effective to target its much softer stomach, legs or tail.

Additionally, during some attacks, its head, stomach and back may enter a superheated state. While glowing red-hot, these parts soften and become vulnerable to attacks.

It may also occasionally attempt to strike at you from underground—this is an excellent opportunity to break parts, as well as inflict paralysis, sleep or stun status upon it to create an opening.
