Useful Information

Its attacks where it uses all of its strength are particularly threatening, such as when it slams its arms down with a large swoop and lunges along the ground.

Even greater caution is required when its health is depleted to a certain degree, as it roars, spreads its wings, and covers its entire body with hard, black spikes. In this state, its ferociousness increases, and it unleashes more powerful attacks, such as a diving charge.

The spikes can be broken as a result of the monster’s own actions, but they will regenerate after a while. The regenerated thorns are white and brittle, but as time passes, they harden and turn black. If a regenerated spike is destroyed by an attack, the monster will topple to the ground, leaving an opening to attack.

As such, attacking its thorns while they are white, using blast element weapons that disregard defenses, or exploiting its elemental weakness with thunder element weapons, are all effective strategies.
